As long as we are in dinosaur territory, here's the damn cover to Dinosaur Time, which is illustrated by Arnold Lobel. I looked him up online and found his 1987 NY Times
obituary. Apparently Dinosaur Times was released posthumously in 1987, right after his death from complications arising from AIDS. He died a 54 year old Manhattan resident.
